After reading the reviews, I was looking forward to a relaxing treatment. My appointment was booked for 10:00am and I arrived 7 minutes late. After being given time to remove my coat and top, the treatment did not start until 10:15, and I was asked to leave the salon at 10:30.
This time included both the cleanse and the massage. When I questioned the shortened duration, I was told the appointment time had started at 10:00 and that the practitioner had another client after me. I was not informed

I have had the worst tension and stiff upper back for the longest time. Went in hoping for a little relief. Mentioned my problem areas and Chloes came up with a good strategy to help release some tension. I asked her to go all out and she did not disappoint! 100% recommend!
