very good treament, lovely products, ambience is relaxing.
I missed a small shoulders massage while waiting for the mask to be ready.
Results are good for a 30 min facial, but nothing very impressive.
Still a very pleasant and relaxing experience.

Nice welcome room that's well done out. The staff were really friendly. I feel the massage itself could have been a bit more technical and thorough, and I didn't have any work done on the tops of my shoulders/above my under arms. I also left with lots of knots remaining in my back, but that might just be because my back is quite badly knotted to start with! Overall it was quite a relaxing experience. I think it could be quite a nice addition to have the room fragranced for a more luxe, sensory experience.

Love this spa and Ashley is amazing. I did have a pedi and wish they had a massage chair for their pedis as mush more relaxing but either way it was wonderful.
