I don’t have very much hair so usually wax is done in 5 mins or so. This took probably 3 times longer, therapist then kept going over same areas with strip wax rather than hot wax, which started hurting, while missing an area that actually still had hair. Worst, she did not even clean the residual wax off well so I went home with sticky wax residue on me sticking painfully to my undergarments and had to clean it off with oil.

Shugar did a really great job. I turned up in absolute agony and left feeling so much better! Also, found it good to know, as someone with a nut allergy, that these use a really basic oil and I didn’t have to ready through a whole list of ingredients before we started, as I have to do in so many salons.
