My appointment was booked for 5.45pm. When I got to the salon there was a note on the door that they were in treatments until 6pm. It was cold and raining so I was not best pleased. have been to this salon before but not for a couple of years - I stopped going because of this problem of notes on the and having to wait outside. The treatment itself was good but they need to resolve this problem of making clients wait outside until treatments are finished. It is not good customer service!
