I have returned to the Chelsea Spa time and again, the services are spot on and the venue is spotless. The beauticians are all very welcoming and professional, but I must say Ashleing is one of the best beauticians I've ever worked with!

the massage was fine though the therapist as nice as she was didn't ask what pressure I liked or if I had any areas to focus on. The music was also not very relaxing it was more like dinner party music.
