The most unprofessional massage I have ever had. Did not put the effort did the massage seating on a chair and what was supposed to be a full body massage ended up being a 40’ scalp massage that ruines my hair. Rest of body barely massaged. She did not like the background music from the spa and in the middle of the massage started turning music on and off interrupting the massage going to ask someone else to change the music (which was perfectly fine with me: the paying customer).

I may say after visiting The Chelsea Spa for a relaxing neck, shoulder and back massage was so wonderful for me that I will go back there again.
The Spa Salon is close too where I live so it’s unique. I am lucky too go there,
