Mala is the only person in London that I will go to for electrolysis. She's the only one that doesn't make my face flare up after my treatment. She's extremely gentle but efficient and I would rather go without electrolysis than go to anyone else, as I have had many bad experiences in the past. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I loved my whole experience, Mala made me feel very welcome (I was dressed like a scruff that day) and very relaxed and happy. She's so lovely and the massage was amazing. My neck actually released properly and I'm still seeing the benefits.

I have returned to the Chelsea Spa time and again, the services are spot on and the venue is spotless. The beauticians are all very welcoming and professional, but I must say Ashleing is one of the best beauticians I've ever worked with!
