It was my first time at Chelsea spa. The therapist recommended a different treatment that I have appreciated. I made a second appointment straight away as I though it will improve the results. I showed up for my second appointment and it turned out it was not in their diary. The therapist was not even there and the receptionist was very unhelpful. Disappointing as I was looking forward to the treatment.

The salon is okay and the staff are nice, however my lashes were not so good. They kept falling apart, they were not aligned at all and in a few days they started to look messy. Quite difficult to brush them too. I usually refill my lashes after 3 weeks, specially after the hybrid ones, but this time after 3 weeks they were completely gone.
I’m sure the other treatments are great, but I would not have my lashes done again here.
