Mala is fantastic and due to my very sensitive skin, she is the only person that I trust to do electrolysis on my face. She's professional and very experienced. She's also an extremely lovely lady.

Was wandering around this area during lunch break at work and thought to give the hybrid lashes a go at Chelsea Spa for NYE and thought Ashley did a lovely job of my lashes. Nothing too crazy but had a nice touch of natural glam to it. She listened and did what I requested for which is nice! Thanks again.

Tara really cares about her work. First time ever my eye brows could be arched (was told previously it wasn’t possible). Really love the new shape of my brows and will be back in January for my routine top up on colour. Bravo Tara! X
