I really love this salon, both Ashley and Mala are so professional, honest and pleasant. For electrolysis, I would never go anywhere else but I would trust these ladies with any treatment. Highly recommend.

The wax was overall well performed and the results were good. Unfortunately this time my experience with the Hollywood wax was not as good as the previous one I had at Chelsea Spa. I appreciate that it was the last appointment on a Saturday afternoon but the therapist was too visibly nervous, looking at the clock almost every minute. Some passages were really painful and the therapist did not show the empathy I would have expected, nor tried to make me feel more comfortable.
