This was my first time at The Charm and it’s lovely! Really gorgeous warm massage room, with attention to detail with the lovely smells (diffuser and scented face towel and very clean! ) Ami was so great from start to finish. Very strong as well as very soft technique was wonderful to release all my tension and leave me feeling relaxed at the end of a busy day! Would definitely recommend!
