I arrived for my treatment 10 minutes early, however several minutes after the treatment was due to start there was no sign of the therapist so I messaged her to ask how late she was running. She eventually appeared and took me to the treatment room. The facial started 15 minutes late but ended after 45 minutes even though I'd booked an hour. The facial itself was good but I didn't get what I paid for.
