About

Imed graduated with a Master's degree in Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy, where he completed over 1,000 hours of supervised clinical practice treating a wide range of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Before qualifying as an osteopath, he trained and worked as a Sports Massage Therapist, gaining valuable experience in Soft Tissue Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Injury Management, Pregnancy Massage, Relaxing Massage / Swedish Massage and Rehabilitation. Alongside his osteopathic practice, Imed works within the NHS as an Orthopaedic Rehabilitation Practitioner, supporting patients through pre- and post-operative rehabilitation following hip and knee replacement surgery. His NHS experience has further strengthened his assessment, clinical reasoning, and rehabilitation skills while working as part of multidisciplinary teams. Imed uses a combination of osteopathic techniques, including joint mobilisation, spinal manipulation, soft tissue therapy, muscle energy techniques, and personalised rehabilitation programmes to help patients recover from pain, improve movement, and return to their everyday activities. He has a particular interest in sports injuries, orthopaedic rehabilitation, and helping people regain function and confidence after injury or surgery. Imed has a background as a competitive sprinter and martial artist, giving him a first-hand understanding of the physical demands of sport and the impact that injuries can have on performance and everyday life. This experience has helped shape his empathetic and rehabilitation-focused approach to patient care. Outside of clinical practice, he enjoys playing the guitar, cycling, and keeping active through regular gym training.

About

Saneeah graduated with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine. Throughout her training she has gained experience in managing a diverse range of musculoskeletal, pathological conditions and patient presentations. Her clinical experience included working with pre- and post-partum patients, athletes, and those with complex healthcare needs. Saneeah has worked with athletes at Arthritis UK at the London Marathon and with C4WS, providing osteopathic treatment within community settings. This breadth of experience has allowed Saneeah to create an adaptable and individualised approach to care, with a keen focus on improving physical function, supporting recovery and maintaining an active, fulfilling lifestyle. Saneeah’s approach is hands-on, patient-centred and education-focused, combining osteopathic treatment with tailored rehabilitation and exercise to support each individual’s goals. She believes rehabilitation plays an equally important role alongside manual treatment in achieving long-term progress. Her aim is to give patients the knowledge, confidence and independence to manage their health, maintain their progress and reduce the likelihood of recurring pain or injury. Saneeah is also trained in Deep Tissue Massage, Relaxing Massage / Swedish Massage, Pregnancy Massage and Sports Massage and enjoys incorporating a range of adjunctive methods of treatment where necessary, including Dry Needling / Medical Acupuncture, myofascial treatments and lymphatic drainage. Saneeah has a special interest in Sports Osteopathy and performance-related injuries. She is passionate about helping patients optimise their movement and physical wellbeing, whether that is returning to sport, maintaining their fitness or simply being able to carry out daily activities important to them. To build upon her interests, she will be undertaking a second Master’s degree in Sports & Exercise Medicine at Queen Mary University of London.
