The lady cutting my hair I think her name was Caroline she was really sweet and made sure to check if I was happy with how the cut was going which I appreciated. To be honest it looked really nice in the salon but I didn't get a clean cut V like I wanted. Once I got home and washed it it just looked like I had no layers so I have no idea what happened there last time I had layers done at another salon it was clean cut and very sharp you'd be able to tell I got them cut from miles away so I'm quite disappointed. Overall the staff were nice I just wish my hair turned out like I wanted.
