I unfortunately had the most humiliating service at The Brow Lounge - the lady who washed and curled my hair has completely ruined my graduation day.
I firstly just thought she did not know how to wash hair professionally - my face was watered and my scalp was still itchy. Then after blowing dry my hair with a dirty comb, she totally messed up everything including curling my hair into an unbearable way. When I asked for oil, she purposely gave me one with nothing left inside, and she has not apologised for any of her unprofessional and humiliating behaviour.
I consequently do not recommend this bloody place to anyone, it would not just ruin your hair, but also your mood undoubtedly.
Overall, I hate this place and the lady who served me is never forgivable.
