Second time going for haircut and as, like last time, I am very pleased. My stylist was lovely, very friendly and knew exactly what I wanted and they were all very professional about the new rules regarding COVID so thank you I will be returning:)

Nice ladies. Made me feel welcome. Only problem was it was the only salon I’ve left with my hair looking dry and slightly uneven.

Nice person but one side of my hair fell flatter than the otherside. I did bring this up after the blowdry but nothing was done about it. Presumed it was just a bad blowdry so wet my hair when i got home but it dried with the same issue. I've never had this issue before so must be the cut. Will have to get my hair restyled somewhere else. Waste of money and time.

A good haircut - thanks Areena! I want to support this local salon so here are a couple of observations that I think would improve the experience:
-you could make it a little clearer when someone comes in who is on reception, welcoming people etc
-your stylists could communicate a little more, e.g. explaining what products they are using, asking questions about my hair etc
