Unprofessional, they just want your money. DO NOT GO THERE if you care about your hair, charlatans who pretend to be hair dresser or whatever. I spent 165 £ for “highlights” and what I got was a mess , I had to go to another salon the next day to fix their mess. Do not go there even if they offer free service because it’s not worth it. I’d rather go bald than go there again. Horrible experience ever !!!!
