Firstly, thank you so much for fitting me on a bank holiday. Secondly, my technician Bushra was so professional, patient, warm, and kind. She did such a thorough job and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. It's been difficult to find someone who is as meticulous as Bushra and can wax such delicate parts of the body with such little pain, I'm definitely booking in with her again. Thank you so much.

I came to refresh my hair , but now they looks like they been cut by knife.. Lady is nice and friendly,and polite, but she need to get more experience… it was an emergency cut , so I had no choice, but I would not pay for this hair cut at all

Had my hair cut and she didn’t check if it was symmetrical (it wasn’t) or if was happy. She also hasn’t bother showing me how it looked from the back. Had to trim it again with another professional to make it symmetrical. Place was dirty too, cape was smelling like sweat.
