Lauren is a good hairstylist. However despite knowing that I did not request a blow dry in the booking, she asked if I would like to "see my layers". I said I was fine either way, which was translated into a specific request for a blow-dry with curls. I appreciate the manager's communication of the matter but Lauren's raised tone and rude response has ensured I will not be returning.

I took some time to think before writing this review, as I typically dislike giving negative feedback. However, after spending £65 on a semi-permanent eyelash extension, I felt compelled to share my experience. By the third day, half of the extensions had fallen off, and by the seventh day, I was left with almost none. This was quite upsetting for me. While I understand that I may have just been unlucky, I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this service to others.
