Difficult to relax as you could hear the noises from the salon even with the door closed. Beauticians phone kept buzzing too. Extremely painful extraction, the worst pain I've experienced and also added exfoliator to the back of my neck/shoulders which wasn't washed off - I was happy to leave, I doubt I'll return to this venue for a facial.
