Possibly the worst HD brow appt I’ve ever had. No consultation with the beautician, staff didn’t know what treatments I had booked. Ended up with huge caterpillar brows and a load of dye on my skin even after asking for some dye to be removed at least twice. Lots of blonde hairs left after the wax. Credit to one of the girls who tried her best to look after me, her own and everyone else’s clients - no one else made any effort to engage. Did not enjoy sitting on the shop floor for a facial treatment - was even asked to move out of my seat (with dye on my face!) so that someone else could be treated. All a bit of a shambles.
