Did chemical straightening. Have given 4 stars as I feel there could have been a little more attention to detail as there are a couple of places where the application seems to have not worked. Overall value for money.

Not amazing and the place was not very clean. And the lady who did the massage had long nails which is not pleasant when pressure is applied.

Three weeks ago I went to another salon in the area asking for haircut and balayage. Not only the messed up with my colour and charged me extra money but the lady did not know how to cut hairs or using the hair straightener.
I booked to The brow lounge hoping to get my hairstyle fixed and Lauren simply did an amazing job. I love my new haircut and balayage, thank you so much. I will definitely come back.
