It was my first Lipblush and so didn't really know what to expect. Emma could not have been more professional in her explanation of the whole process and what could be achieved. She mapped out the outline of my lips, corrected a slight imbalance and we chose the colour together. She kept me informed every step of the way so I always felt in control. Emma's manner is warm and reassuring, she listened carefully to my initial concerns about discomfort and managed to make it a relaxing treatment. FAB

This was an early Christmas gift off my lovely daughter the whole experience was excellent asked me what shape and color I wanted constantly asking was I ok I am absolutely thrilled with them as my normal brows hardly exist and now my new ones are wonderful and it was pain free think I may even have had a little sleep
