This was the first time I had tried waxing. Emma was both proffessional and talented. She was exceptional in the way she reassured me (I was slightly nervous). She spent time explaining what she would do and what I should do afterwards. She worked quickly and I can honestly say that her friendly approach kept me distracted and in no time I was free of hair where I didn't want it - all in readiness for my holiday :-) Thank you Emma, you have a new regular customer. Next I will try a spray tan!
