Emma knew I was apprehensive with regard to Microblading. Over last months when getting my brows dyed, I would ask everytime to show me pictures of her past work, which she did. Emma was so patient, professional and caring, looking after my needs, telling me what she was going to do at each stage. She is a credit to herself and your Company.

I knew exactly what was happening every step of the way, I was shown a preview of intended shape and Amy set my brows as a phase one so I could get used to them before adding extra strokes for step 2 if needed. The experience was pain free and I left with a great plan for aftercare. My eye brows are perfect and keep getting compliments
