The treatment was fantastic and the lady that my eyebrows was great! However, the man on reception was very rude and ruined the vibe.

We arrived 7 min late which we apologised for but the beauty therapist was very rude and kept reminding us that our treatment would be shorter which we understood but was very rude to us when undressing. She even answered her phone during her facial!!!

Gone are the days of being offered a drink at the hair salon apparently! Honestly, felt rushed through my consultation and then tried to wash my hair with cold water. Once at the chair, stylist couldn't seem to get my middle parting- 3 attempts and still not straight… Asked for layers, got a blunt cut. Left the salon with curly bangs and dead straight rest of the hair…bit odd. Overall not amazing but done reasonably quickly and for a cheaper price (compared to most salons in London).
