I had my eyebrows done at The Broadway Clinic in Stratford and honestly, it was such a lovely experience from start to finish.
I booked through Treatwell, which was really quick and easy. My appointment was for eyebrow waxing using LYCON hot wax, and I arrived a few minutes early. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by name and told to take a seat, which was such a nice personal touch.

A really lovely haircut and my stylist was super thorough and attentive to all details. Only thing was I did not catch her name, but she helped with styling tips because sometimes I find it hard to choose a look/style. The only thing I thought could have been improved was keeping the doors closed, as sometimes the outdoor world was a bit distracting.
