The actual salon is in a good location and looks amazing, it was very clean and professional looking, the staff was very nice and friendly however, the actual wax I had was terrible and highly painful. I believe the woman who wax waxing me was a bit inexperienced, first of all I paid for a lycon wax but she ended up strip waxing a large majority, she would cover large areas with wax and most areas wasn’t able to get the wax off and spent a long time picking at the edges to help get the off. A lot of hair was left behind which the waxist claimed was due to my thick hairs however the reason I chose lycon wax was because it is not as painful and usually takes away all my hairs, I’ve never had the problem kf thick hairs being an issue to getting my hair waxed off. When I got home I also realised there was alot of wax reside left over. Overall I am not happy with the wax and regret paying the full amount. However, the salon was lovely and I may come back for a facial just never a wax again.
