The staff are so lovely, very professional and friendly, especially Sonya and Sanya. The wax used was very soft, it didn't hurt one bit! I will definitely be making a return!

The venue was nice, but too much hair was taken off without checking whether that was what I wanted. I would be clearer with the therapist next time - and be very specific!
