The therapist ensured me that these products line will be the best option for my skin, even though i told her my concerns about the sensitivity of my skin. And she was extremely WRONG, after just a normal classic facial at this salon my skin is burned and flaky for at least 3 days (let’s see how it goes), the products were too harsh and i got 6 new painful pimples, which seem to stay on my face for at least 2 more weeks. (I came here having only 2 pimples which were already disappearing) The pores on my chin are still blocked and overall were not cleaned properly. The therapist cared too much of what i feel during the treatment, rather than the actual results afterwards. Extractions were done unprofessionally and caused a lot of inflammation on my skin. Terrible effects after a routine classic facial. However, the salon, staff and ambience are nice, good that therapist discussed with me my facial at the beginning, also explaining me the details during the treatment. I believe for people who need a nice experience in the salon it could be a good option, but for someone who has sensitive prone to breakouts skin - no.

Very clean and tidy place with friendly staff. I have been here before for a hair cut, the upstairs is lovely. Was shown to my room with a/c turned on. The procedure itself was not the most pleasant. The a/c wasn't working and it was very warm in the room. I must say I am not sure if the therapist knew what she was doing and I did ask her to stop a couple of times as it was very painful. I have had waxes for the last ten years so I am aware what it is meant to feel like. I did inform the manager to ensure this doesn't happen to others. Unfortunately I will not be returning for an more hair removal services.

Staff were very friendly however was very over priced for the quality of the lashes. Had them on almost a week and they’re already falling out. Asked to have my previous lashes taken off and a new set applied and this seemed like an invonvience to the lash technician. I lashes were sold to me as ‘russian’ however they are more like ‘natural’. Probably wouldn’t return again or recommend.
