It was really cold inside. Lady didn't say a word extending eye lashes, she didn't advice me if those eyelashes suit me or not. Finally I look like a doll :(

This was honestly the most wonderful salon experience I have ever had! I arrived early for my appointment and they immediately took care of me. I was given an amazing hair wash that was very relaxing and then promptly seen by a stylist who gave me an amazing haircut! I was even offered tea—which on top of everything else was just great! The staff were all very attentive and friendly, which I can honestly say is not always the case at other salons. I hope to treat myself to their services again in the future! They deserve even higher than the 5 star rating I awarded them, but it will do. ;)

It was my first time having a Hollywood was and the Lady made me feel comfortable and at ease. She appeared to do be highly skilled and completed it quickly but generally well.
Where there were broken hairs and the wax wasn’t able to remove them, she made the effort to remove them using tweezers.
The only thing was the website advertises Lycon wax as £35 but on the day, she told me it was £10more. She didnt pressurise me to go for the more expensive and explained the difference between the two waxes well.
I will definitely return
