I was welcomed on arrival and a member of staff offered to hang my coat.
I arrived 15 mins early and was seen early.
The treatment room was warm and ambient music playing, unfortunately someone was hovering in the corridor!
The beautician was efficient and respectful.
I had prepaid via PayPal and thankfully there was no confusion at the end of the treatment.

Convenient to get to, good ambience, clean. Would prefer it if I had had the privacy of getting changed without a member of staff in the room and having something to cover the treatment area before and after the treatment.
