Eyelash removal was incredibly painful, whatever was used stung my eyes so badly and gave a burning sensation across my eyelids. The therapist did not remove all of the eyelashes, I could see some of the leftover hybrids after treatment. The classic lash extensions were really sparse, it looked worse than when I go for a 2 week infill. Also when I got home there was white crusty material underneath my lashes. There was so much glue used you could see it. Very unhappy with this treatment.

Very unprofessional in quite a few ways.My appointment started 20 minutes late with no apology.No declaration form nor was I asked about any medical conditions/injuries /allergies before treatment,started.I was then told to get undressed whilst the therapist was still in the room.I went for aromatherapy massage but no essential oils was used until I
asked.Then I was asked what scent I like,not correct.I was told to turn over from my back to front but the towel wasn't covering my chest
