The Blow Dry was fab as usual, brilliant job, however the underarm waxing turned out to be a nightmare. The wax used was hot and left me with severe sun burns and scaring, my GP was shocked looking at the scaring of the skin. I am now under medication for the burns.

Lovely, friendly staff, nice environment but massage was very basic and repetitive.

I was welcomed on arrival and a member of staff offered to hang my coat.
I arrived 15 mins early and was seen early.
The treatment room was warm and ambient music playing, unfortunately someone was hovering in the corridor!
The beautician was efficient and respectful.
I had prepaid via PayPal and thankfully there was no confusion at the end of the treatment.
