I went for a hair restyle after having had my baby: hormones wrecked my hair! My hairstylist was so kind and understood my insecurities. She advised on a hairstyle to suit my new life (" You don't need anything labour intensive") and gave practical advice for my hair regrowth. She was also very reassuring and made this very rare self care outing really nice!

Staff were really friendly and I was seen in a timely manner however there was no consultation or explanation ahead of the lash lift. I wasn’t asked what curl shape I wanted, the therapist did a strong ‘c’ curl which I’m not a fan of, so I really disliked my lashes. The actual treatment was fine and worked, so this could have been avoided if there had been a consultation ahead of the treatment to discuss the look I wanted.
