The appointment was 20 min late - this was annoying when the guy said it’ll be 5 minutes - at least be honest at the start. The place is nice though and clean. The wax itself was different, quite painful I thought, but the end result was really good hence the high stars.

This was probably my worst mani pedi experience. It took them 3 hours to do a gel take off - gel pedicure and manicure. Less than a week later most of the gel on my hands has peeled off. I had to tell the nail technician many times what to do as she would leave my edges rough and bumpy. Different shapes on my nails. A waste of time and money.
