I was kept waiting for 20 minutes after my appointment time, when I asked what was happening the lady at the desk looked surprised, seemed as if she didn’t know my appointment time (although I had called to confirm earlier and told her when I arrived) and then said the therapist was delayed and asked if I could wait a bit longer. The actual massage was terrible - I’m baffled by the positive reviews, perhaps they had a different therapist? The therapist asked if there was an area I wanted her to focus on and then didn’t really focus on that area at all. Would highly advise anyone not to come here for a massage ever.
Pros - the place was clean (that’s it).

Good leg wax, but was overcharged by the lady at the desk. Won't be coming back due for this reason.

The salon staff were lovely, the room was clean and the water was polite and very knowledgable and made me feel very comfortable. There was a little pain but nothing like I have experienced before. I don’t feel uncomfortable and in pain after. I have found my new waxing place.
