I did enjoy my appointment and I will go again, I went late in the day, so it was pretty much just me in there but it was clean and friendly. The owner was on the reception and was super lovely and chatty, but my therapist didn't speak to me much - it's personal preference but I guess I wouldn't have had as good an experience if the receptionist didn't chat to me as my therapist went to her phone and I was just sat there whilst the tint did it's job, but I do love my brows!
