I was kept waiting for 20 minutes after my appointment time, when I asked what was happening the lady at the desk looked surprised, seemed as if she didn’t know my appointment time (although I had called to confirm earlier and told her when I arrived) and then said the therapist was delayed and asked if I could wait a bit longer. The actual massage was terrible - I’m baffled by the positive reviews, perhaps they had a different therapist? The therapist asked if there was an area I wanted her to focus on and then didn’t really focus on that area at all. Would highly advise anyone not to come here for a massage ever.
Pros - the place was clean (that’s it).
