This was my first time at this clinic, the staff were so friendly & the place was very clean. The lady who did my wax made me feel very comfortable & did a wonderful job. I’ll definitely be coming back next month 🙌🏾✨

Very poor experience throughout. Booked in for a restyle (ready to accept the chop) so was already a little nervous, and no way was I put at ease. The stylist hardly communicated with me and when she did unfortunately it really did make me doubt her knowledge on hairdressing. I even become tearful whilst sat in the chair due to anxiety and how uncomfortable I felt. I have left with I can only describe as well and truly butchered hair! Truly saddened by it all.
