Very poor experience throughout. Booked in for a restyle (ready to accept the chop) so was already a little nervous, and no way was I put at ease. The stylist hardly communicated with me and when she did unfortunately it really did make me doubt her knowledge on hairdressing. I even become tearful whilst sat in the chair due to anxiety and how uncomfortable I felt. I have left with I can only describe as well and truly butchered hair! Truly saddened by it all.

This is my third visit to the salon. Always with a different stylist. I am never disappointed after my visit.
You could see how attentive and professional the stylist was. Her blow dry lasted 3 days and my hair is wavy! There was just a bit of a curl in the 3rd day.
I will definitely go back.

The salon is clean and chair covers etc to ensure extra safety for covid-19. Hand sanitiser provided and stylist in mask also. Haircut was great and advice given to maintain the style and condition of my hair, lovely bouncy blow-dry too. Thankyou
