Easy to find and clean enough. It's a nice facility but not particularly relaxing. The room I had my wax in was totally quiet and the therapist mentioned multiple times how hard lock down has been because people haven't been following their waxing routines... She also made a few comments specific to me which weren't necessarily very mean, but were unnecessary and made me uncomfortable about myself. The wax itself wasn't super painful (as far as waxes go). She was good about checking preferences.

Very good. Technique was great!
however just a few points to make it even better.
Would of liked a dermalogica mask instead of the sheet mask.
No eye cream was applied at the end and used to having a multi vit lip added in previous experiences in other locations.
You also need a magnifying light as the main lights were turned on which is not relaxing and spoit it.
Defo would go back, however would ask to make it more unique to my needs.
