Given these times nobody should not be double dipping into wax pots, very unhygienic. Did not get great reception when I came in, therapist quite abrupt. Have been here a couple of times and unfortunately didn’t enjoy this visit and has put me off returning in future

The salon was very clean and everyone was taking precautions. I had to sanitise my hands when I arrived and both clients and stylists were wearing masks. All felt very professional and safe. My stylist listened carefully to what I wanted, asked for points of clarification where needed and did a great job.

Poor appointment management & service. The appointment began 15+min late:the client before me wanted additional services done that had not been pre-booked & the manager agreed to that, which had a knock-on effect on my appointment, and another stylist - not the one I had originally booked- had to be brought over from another salon to cut my hair. Poor hand hygiene:no hand sanitiser dispensers available; clients hands sprayed with a disinfectant but not enough. I did not see the staff wash hands.
