Really happy with my haircut today at The Broadway Clinic, chatty guy on arrival and the lady who cut my hair was friendly, attentive and did a really great job. First haircut since February 2020 (pre-COVID) so had a LOT of hair to get rid of, and I left feeling like a different person who was very happy to have short hair again!

First time to visit and had a classic facial.
The clinic is well kept and clean.
Really good extractions, and facial massage. Fell asleep and woke up feeling refreshed.
Therapist (Mandy?) was concerned about some red areas and referred me to Nav.
Nav was attentive, had a look at the areas following the facial and recommended products but wasn’t pushy at all which was greatly appreciated.
Next couple of days, my face was looking good still and hoping to make this a regular routine.
