First time to visit and had a classic facial.
The clinic is well kept and clean.
Really good extractions, and facial massage. Fell asleep and woke up feeling refreshed.
Therapist (Mandy?) was concerned about some red areas and referred me to Nav.
Nav was attentive, had a look at the areas following the facial and recommended products but wasn’t pushy at all which was greatly appreciated.
Next couple of days, my face was looking good still and hoping to make this a regular routine.
