Didn’t even ask how I wanted them done, had to tell her, and wasn’t even done the way I wanted and was more painful than normal because they were rushing. Also we are in the middle of a pandemic yet I did not see anyone clean the station I was at.

I could not be more thrilled with my haircut today. The hairstylist was very professional,polite and friendly. Would definitely revisit for her.
However,I'm disappointed with the eyebrow threading. The stylist was friendly and nice but she did it in a way that both eyebrows looked on two different levels. I tried telling the stylist the same but she kept saying it looks okay, taking the hair out from the wrong places, making it worse. My partner pointed it out immediately when I came home. :(
