I genuinely don't believe the therapist was qualified to do an Indian head massage. She put a lot of oil in my hair, rubbed my head in very fast movements that weren't at all relaxing, rubbed oil onto my face and chin, and actually hit my head at multiple points during the massage - in the way that some therapists do when they're giving you a back massage. It's fine for the back but not for the head! I was so stunned I actually couldn't believe it was happening! Awful.
