Very nice and welcoming manager. I instantly felt worried when I overhead the manager telling the stylist who was supposed to be a stylist 3 to remember to wash my hair first which I assume is standard routine before starting to cut the hair. She didn't seem very confident and when I told her what I wanted she just nodded and started cutting. She never checked my bangs was the same length on each side which I now have checked and they aren't.
