I’ve had a Brazilian wax several times at the Broadway Clinic. I find the staff friendly and professional. Nina always does such a great job and is very patient with me. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Staff didn’t seem very motivated and all of them seemed to have the same laid back attitude and not seem that bothered. I probably wouldn’t go back as the customer service wasn’t very inviting. The actual treatment wasn’t bad though so cannot complain about that

Great haircut with attention to detail and they made sure to understand what I wanted. The stylist spent plenty of time checking the cut was perfect and doing a careful blow out.
