It was an average experience, extraction was not done as to how I would have liked it. Hygiene needs to be something they need to teach their employees, as my therapist scratched her head but did not wash her hands afterwards

Not a great experience. No consultation on arrival but was instead taken straight for a hair wash. No waiting which was good. The hairdresser didn't create a clean parting before cutting so now I'm home and brushed my hair, the cut is very uneven despite asking for a straight cut. The shaping around face is also uneven. The hairdresser was very nice so I think I could have given her more direction but unlikely to go again. Need another haircut to correct this one I'm afraid 😕
